Overview

Cart Agent is a native WordPress/WooCommerce plugin. Your store data stays in your WordPress installation. This policy explains what data Cart Agent accesses and how it is handled.

Data Cart Agent reads

Cart Agent reads WooCommerce product data (titles, descriptions, prices, images, categories), order data (totals, dates, statuses), and customer data (purchase history, segment classification) to power its assistants. This data is processed within your WordPress installation.

Payment Processing

Cart Agent uses Paddle to process payments for Pro licenses. When you make a purchase, Paddle may collect and process personal information such as your name, email address, billing details, payment information, and transaction data as necessary to complete the purchase, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Payment information is handled by Paddle and its payment processing partners in accordance with their applicable privacy policies and terms. Cart Agent does not directly store your full payment card details.

AI providers

Pro features may send data to an AI provider you explicitly connect (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini). Cart Agent does not send store data to any AI provider without your direct connection and action. You can disconnect or switch providers at any time.

Analytics

Anonymous usage analytics are opt-in only and disabled by default. No personally identifiable store or customer data is shared.

Cookies

Cart Agent does not set tracking cookies. Any cookies are strictly functional and related to WordPress/WooCommerce core behavior.
