Yes. Cart Agent Pro is a single payment — not a subscription. There is no monthly fee, no yearly renewal, and no recurring charges. You pay once and receive the full Pro experience for your domain.

After purchase, you receive a license key. Enter this key in your Cart Agent plugin settings to activate Pro features on your domain. The process takes about 30 seconds.

Each Pro license is for one domain. If you run multiple WooCommerce stores, each store needs its own Pro license. This is common for agencies managing client sites — each client site is a separate one-time purchase.

No. The free tier works entirely without an AI API key. The AI Commerce Score, 17-point visibility audits, rule-based revenue insights, and basic search all function using built-in logic — no external AI provider required.

Pro includes platform starter credits that power AI features (conversations, content generation, reports) through Cart Agent’s own AI infrastructure. This lets you use Pro features immediately without setting up your own API key. You can also connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini key to manage AI costs directly.

Yes. API keys and license keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. All admin actions are protected by WordPress capability checks and nonce verification. Store data is only sent to an AI provider you’ve explicitly connected. Anonymous analytics are opt-in only. Learn more about security.
