License

Cart Agent is licensed per domain. A Pro license may be used on one production domain. Free tier features may be used without charge, subject to these terms.

Payments and Licensing

Payments for Cart Agent Pro licenses are processed through Paddle. By purchasing a Pro license, you agree to the applicable payment terms presented during checkout.

Pro licenses are subject to the licensing terms described on our website and at checkout. Your purchase grants you a license for one production domain, subject to these Terms of Service.

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and any applicable terms presented at checkout. For payment-related questions or issues, please contact our support team.

Use of AI providers

You are responsible for compliance with the terms of any third-party AI provider you connect. Cart Agent does not control AI provider pricing, availability, or output.

Disclaimer

Cart Agent is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the plugin or AI-generated content.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Cart Agent after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
